The Meditation that is taught/shared is Mindfulness based Stillness Meditation.
All practices are guided, hence catering for the beginner to a more advanced practitioner.
Props for your practice are all on offer, chair, stool, cushion, or possibly laying down if a more restorative practice is needed. The practice encompasses, Preparation/Posture, Breath Awareness, Relaxation, Mindfulness, leading into Stillness.
The studio, is nestled into a beautiful bush setting, light, spacious and fully equipped. The accom is fresh, twin share, with the living area and outdoor area surrounded by mountainous views. Food on offer is organic and as locally sourced as possible (partly from our own organic garden)
