During this  programme which is pre-recorded, you shall be shown ways in which to bring mindfulness into your everyday life, on and off your meditation cushion. We will explore Restorative Yoga as a stepping stone into Relaxation, Mindfulness then into Stillness. I demonstrate Flowing Yoga Sequences that encourage strength, flexibility,and awareness to breath—with modifications shown, if needed.

Inner Beauty  has been developed and nurtured from the encouragement of the many women I have had the pleasure of teaching, my teaching journey is over  20 years. I’ve developed my own daily practices of yoga and meditation which have been evolving with me through each stage of womanhood: from birthing my 3 children (step parent to 3 also), to helping my daughters through puberty, to finding ease as I moved into peri-menopause and now menopause. These ancient, wise teachings of yoga, mindfulness and meditation provide a path for us to travel inward, where one is able to access deep peace and joy. From that place of peace, a genuine bliss and curiosity arises to explore the inner landscape, the inner beauty that resides within each of us, which is often masked or overlooked by the busyness of our everyday moments and the  distraction of the overactive mind.

Over my many years of teaching I have taught all shapes, sizes, ages, and limitations; hence the programme delivered each week is suitable for the beginner to the experienced.

Now Melissa has developed a 3mth on-line program with a weekly 30 min session where one is then encouraged to stay with the  practice for one week.
The programme  encompasses Guided Imagery, Mindfulness – formal and informal, Yoga – Flowing and Restorative. Highly recommended…
